76 bottles of applesauce on the counter after 9 hours of canning today with my wonderful Mom and sister. We picked the apples on Monday from my parents tree and had a BLAST today canning our little hearts out. We only has a few set backs, (Mom starting the hot pad on fire with her hand in it and then starting the cord to the blender on fire) but all in all a very productive day I should say!!

Actually, I was just stopping by to look at your pictures. I love them. The pics of your kids are fantastic. I've caught the bug also, but have a dink-camera. Christmas is coming though,... Hey, you never know. So anyway, keep up the good work- you're pictures are hot! (Why do I feel like Paris Hilton saying that?)
