Yep, I finally did it. I have been thinking about it for a while and had to do it....it was GREAT... (I can say that now) I rode the Alpine Loop all the way to the Very Top of this mountain.. It was so beautiful, riding through the huge pine trees, listening to the river and with no better company than my sweet husband. We went up American Fork canyon and came down Provo. I think Jared has rode this ride about 10 times this summer so I definalty slowed him down, but with a little encouragement (okay maybe a lot) I made it to the top. Needless to say I couldn't wait to get off my bike!!

Holy cow you are one tough cookie!!! I tried to ride my bike a couple months ago, and I couldn't even go fast enough to keep the bike upright. (and that was on flat ground!) You amaze me!!

I'm so proud of you! The sound of it still scares me off, I can't believe Jared was able to talk you into it. Oh maybe just maybe I could do it. I can just imagine how bad my hands would be cramped at the bottom from layin on the breaks the whole way down.
Wow! That's great!! When you see me coming around the mountain I won't be pedaling... the bike I'll be on has a motor in it!!
