You did such a good job yesterday! Rick is a little sore today... but not as bad as he was last year. Are you running in the St. George Marathon?
I am pretending I didn't see this post - just kidding I will do it, but I have to think about, or better yet I should go to bed and do it tomorrow, when I have no Brayden and Kate Sleeping (I hope)!!! Maybe it should be a DI day tomorrow?
