At a about mile 15 my knee really started to hurt. 7 months of training with no injuries and then the day of the race my knee decides to hurt!! O-Well I finished right over 4 hours so I was pretty happy with my 1st one!! I have to say I am looking forward to the next one...It was so Awesome to see all my family at the end...Kind-of emotional!!
Thanks for all the support!!

I'm SO GLAD you started a blog. It's seriously the only way I keep in touch with anyone.
It was so good to see you the other day. Your kids are so cute! Now I will be able to see what you're up to. I say we run SLC next year for sure. And I'll do the full marathon.
I hope your knee gets feeling better I know you will be out on the road running in no time.
Good job on the blog!!
keep in touch
That was AWESOME watching you run across the finish line! Kind of emotional is right! I think we were all fighting back the tears. I was and am, SO proud of you! It was amazing to watch you train every week, (rain, sleet, howling wind, ice, freezing rain, and did I mention snow) have the dedication and drive to keep at it and in the end, reach your dream.
We love you!
ummm...that is from lesley, not ryan....:)
Yay! You did it! I was thinking about you all morning. It's such a great feeling to finish and know you actually did it. I was crying like a baby at the end. Such an amazing experience. Can't wait to do it again. We'll have to do one together soon...if we stop having babies and one of us isn't always pregnant! Congratulations...you're amazing!
Andrea, your amazing, and running a marathon is an incredible thing. We miss you guys. - Matt
